We also own the "gold standard" of body composition machines. We can tell you not only what your percentage is of body fat, but also dry lean mass, and water weight. Do not rely on a standard scale, which does not know the difference between your body fluids and fat. Our test is accurate, fast, and non-invasive.
Haven't exercised much in the past few years? No problem. We can design a plan that allows you to become stronger and healthier. During your supervised workouts with your trainer, we will modify your exercises as needed.
